Our mission is to build upon a platform that fosters young startup businesses in a multitude of disciplines under one roof. Thus not only providing affordable operation spaces - but also cultivating a community. We have been lucky enough to watch countless collaborations, business growth, and diversification happen within TIMBRE, and we are working toward making that grow even larger!

How It All Started

Originally founded in 2015, TIMBRE was created to satisfy the unique needs of creative business owners and entrepreneurs in Edmonton. 

Today, TIMBRE has grown to over 10,000 square feet of interdisciplinary space, helping to establish and grow dozens of small, independent businesses.

FAQs

  • It depends. A lease is required for renting office and workshop space. The flex-space is a monthly drop-in rate with no lease commitment.

  • Leases start at 6 month to one-year commitments depending on the size of the space.

  • Yes! All utilities are included. (Eg. electricity, internet, water, heat and AC)

  • Members with leased office or workshop space can access the building 24/7. Those using the flexi-space on a monthly basis can access the building Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • No! Members with leased office or workshop space can use the boardroom at no additional cost.

  • Yes, we offer boardroom rentals to non-members. Please contact us for more information.

  • No! We have plenty of free parking for you and your clients.

  • Yes, just contact us to discuss the details.

  • Absolutely! The whole building has great fibre-optic wifi for you and your guests.

  • Yes! Members can use the building as their official business mailing address.
